Good UI design alone is no longer enough to make an app successful. In order to inspire users, a positive user experience is important in addition to an appealing surface design. The Ecobi Car Rental App was designed for the BMW Group on behalf of the KIR Group. Together with Moonshiner, who is responsible for the development, a coherent app was developed which, in terms of appearance and functionality, makes car sharing a pleasure. The app is available for iOS and Android.

Ecobi GmbH operates this eCarsharing pilot project together with the BMW Group plant in Landshut. With the ecobi app, the user can now rent fully and partially electric BMW and MINI vehicles for business and private trips in the evening and on the weekends. Based on this, the product was further developed and also implemented in Switzerland (Carla) and Austria (share me). At Carla and share me you can rent cars through a dealer.
